A typical dish of our Spain and so versatile that if there was an inventory of all types of tortillas that are cooked in our country, the book would be of epic proportions ... Let not the book Petete fat.

Today
simple garlic tortilla, but so delicious that is one of the regulars at our table either dish or snack




Ingredients:





6 eggs 2 or 3 bunches of garlic (that's going to taste each)
extra virgin olive oil salt

Preparation :



Cut the garlic into strips and put to fry in a nonstick skillet with olive oil and a pinch of salt.



When are already poached garlic but without becoming brown eggs are added we will have beaten and lightly salted. and curdle the tortilla over medium heat being careful not to burn us, turning at least a couple of times with a rotating cover tortillas.
