Yet another recipe from my longed thermomix, I still have not posted recipes.
Today is a wonderful ideal garnish for meats.
Ingredients: Fresh Chive
serrano ham 40 gr. Oil
A bag of frozen lima beans (if beans baby, time is reduced to 15 minutes)
100gr.
white wine 100 gr.
water Preparation:
Put the oil in the glass and heated for 5 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 1.
Add the onion and sauté 5 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 1, to go chopping.
Add the ham and sauté 2 minutes Varoma temperature, speed 1, to chop the ham.
Add the white wine, water and beans, we scheduled 20 minutes, 100 º, turn left, speed spoon.
When finished, add salt (not added earlier, as the ham, when cooking, looses its salt) and found that the beans are tender.
